  The contract was clear and Joe answered all my questions. The crew was prompt, courteous, and efficient. They explained each step of the process. They completely sealed off each room they worked in and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. All around excellent!

  MSI is the absolute BEST!!! Both times I needed them they came out immediately and did everything perfect! They are so nice, fast and easy to work with … I would never use anyone else!. They are amazing!

  I could not recommend MSI more highly! We noticed items were getting moldy in our basement and MSI came out, inspected and did the removal/cleanup work very quickly. They were super organized and respectful of the space, and stayed a bit late to answer my questions and explain everything they did/found, and later talked me through installing the dehumidifier.
  
  More than this, though - they have truly gone above and beyond in helping us navigate next steps, even after their work is done. They have followed up to check on how the basement is doing, and been available for my random questions as I start working with waterproofing companies. I literally do not know what I would do without them!

  Unfortunately, I've had to have MSI over twice- once for mold when we bought our house, once for water damage after a burst pipe. Both times Joe and his team were fabulous to work with and helped manage not only the cleanup but how to deal with the insurance as well. His team is prompt and professional. Not like you WANT to hire someone for this stuff, but these are the right people to hire.
