This place is a disaster. The employers are inadequate, they are unable to press any clothing properly. Every time I have taken my items to be cleaned and pressed I always have to press them again when I get home to remove the unnecessary creases in the collars and the misaligned creases in the legs. The employees are not trained properly in the dry cleaning business due to the fact that Joe the owner is too busy living in Salt Lake City, Utah. He rarely comes in to see what a circus it is and when I have complained to him about it, he is obnoxious and disrespectful about his business. My friend had her husband's suite ruined there and numerous of my other friends have had the same misfortune. Don't waste your time here. Poor quality at best. It's unfortunate that we only have one dry cleaning in Evanston.

This is an excellent Dry Cleaner and Laundromat. Very friendly service and fair prices. Best laundromat in town for sure.

Moderately clean, friendly lady helped me with a jammed washing machine. A fairly typical laundromat.
