Top-Notch Service! I called that morning and in a few hours in the rain, Ali came out and programmed my key fog to my family’s van! Highly recommended, best prices, and extremely professional! Not to mention quick at what he’s does!!

Last night I locked my keys in my car at Panera in Dumfries. I called them they answered quickly told them the problem, asked them for pricing twice and didn't hear an estimate said, the man was also talking fast he said he was on the way. He then arrives at the Shoppers and calls me saying he's at shoppers when I told him Panera Bread, I stood outside for almost 10 minutes because he wouldn't come over to Panera where my car was. He went to target and I told him I was at Panera. He finally comes over does the job quickly and says it's $148. I had some of the money but no all, I didn't think it would be that much. He starts yelling about how he's the technician what he says goes and said "I'm not rich like you people" so I told him to call his supervisor, he called on his and while I'm trying to converse with the dispatch, the technician is talking over him. Since I told the technician to be quiet so that I can hear. The manager says he'll work something out with me and hangs up. I ask him for the number so that I can call him myself. After 2 attempts if asking he gives it. While I'm on the phone standing in between the driver door, the technician locks my door and tries to close the door on me, (in which my wallet and keys were still in the car). So I stopped him from doing so. While I'm inputting my car info in for the Square payment the technician went back to his car and stood there and kept getting close to my car. I wasn't paying attention, I got in the car because I didn't feel safe, made the payment and waited for him to drive off. I noticed that the technician keyed the side of my car and the roof. I called that same number several times it went straight to voice-mail. The supervisor then texts me saying "I'll call you back, how can I help you" I sent him the pictures of my car saying "Your person keyed my car" he responds back "No didn't do it ma'am, Good luck". I tried calling the business number and it went straight to voice-mail. The driver was of Hispanic looking descent and drove a white Toyota corolla.

Ali is amazing. Did a great job on programming a new key fob for me. He was fast and efficient. Even took the time out to tell me why the other key fob no longer works. I will use him again. Thanks.

Quick response and completed the job in one hour! 2 less than the dealer said it would take. Very friendly and good service. Would recommend!

Did not show up in the morning like he said he would, I called around 12 and he said he would be here in an hour, showed up at 3. He also lied about the services he can do. I explained everything to him over the phone that we had an ignition module and a key to program to the car, he said he can do it all, no problem. Well once he showed up and did the service he said it's all done but he could not program the module. He got defensive and said that he did his job and that he did not do modules and he needs to get paid. He said it is not his problem. False advertisement, he misleads you. Very bad customer service. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
