  I did not like the look of the factory/verydark and erie building. I coulnt get in thank goodness the mailman came and i was able to enter with him.once i entered i wanted out and was very afraid.Once i found the suit i was pleasantly surprised.Iris helped me i recieved my dress in 3days as she said with no problems...thank u Iris....

  When you first get to the place.. its a little creepy to find! But once you find it, there are so many dress options and the lady that works there tries to be as helpful as possible.

  Who but Misses Dressy employees have been giving the below excellent ratings? THEY SCORED AN "F" BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! Customers do not have time to read through an eighteen paragraph policy. This I feel is done intentionally to dupe customers into paying for dresses that they will never receive and keep the money in their business while customers struggle to figure out how to get it back. I live a few blocks from the business. I called to ask if I could come to the store to try on the dresses to avoid being charged the expensive 10% restocking fees on an expensive dress plus the 50 dollars to have the new item shipped (that can cost 1/3 of a new dress!). They said yes that I can do that, but they are booked for the next six months. Guess when your store credit expires? In six months. What a terrible business.

  This is the most unorganized and sketchiest environment I’ve ever been in. I traveled over an hour from the Bronx and practically spent another half hour looking for the store, which is in an abandoned warehouse basement. I am 18 years old, legally an adult, but I was told by the representative there that I needed to be accompanied by an adult, are you kidding me? The attendant barely spoke English and I strongly believe she didn’t understand a word I was saying, I am of Hispanic decent but I always keep an appropriate language barrier. The last thing I found so appalling was the fact that there was only one customer in the store, the entire place was empty and she still couldn’t help me. Terrible, terrible store service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! This place deserves 0 rating not even a 1 Star!
