Had lunch with friends. Not happy with only one dessert option--bread pudding because we were there at 12:30 and felt there should have been the other 4 dessert options.
Also am sorry that the French Onion soup is now made with beer instead of how it used to be.

Good but not spectacular. Better for breakfast than lunch/dinner. Family friendly and priced reasonably.

Yummmmmy!!! We had breakfast. I tried the seasonal pumpkin pancakes and they were the best ever! We got pumpkin muffins to go. I wish we lived closer!!

The breakfast menu is to die for. The muffins are so moist, soft and flavorful. The waffles, croissants...teally anything on the breakfast menu (all day, everyday i think) is great. The mimosas are fab as well.

Good food, reasonable prices, fast service, $5 house wine and frites (fries) that don't need ketchup ... and across the parking lot from the movie theater. What more do you want?

Our server was pretty nice and the food wasn't bad. The environment was great though. Great pancakes.

Husband and I ate here for the 1st time for breakfast.
I had the Salmon Benedict and thought it was awesome, just that one of the yolks was cooked and not poached. No biggee..
He had the farmhouse tacos and didn't complain, but said they were just "ordinary" nothing special.
Service was good for a busy Sunday morning.
Will definitely be back next time I'm in DC!

Been going here for 5 years. Love the service, staff and food is really good. Omelets are great and their turkey dinner is one of the best my wife and i have had.

If it was up to me I would give them NO stars! This was by far the worst meals my family and I ever had!!!! Complete waste of money. Everything was completely terrible. My burger was over cooked, my bun was soaked in water before they plated it. My salad lettuce was rotten. My wife's pot roast was probably cooked two weeks ago with a gravy that had no right to be called food! The fries were old!!! I highly recommend go to a different spot, Bc this was a complete fail on every level.

I will never go to this restaurant again. I am a vegan vegetarian. My first visit to this restaurant was on a Sunday morning. The menu isn't necessarily vegan friendly, but my friend wanted to go. The nightmare began when I tried to order the tacos without the meat and dairy products. This completely confused the waitress. So to make it easier for her, I asked for a side of spinach with mushrooms. We asked if the the chef cooked meat and veggies on the same grill. She told us the chef could saute veggies in a separate skillet. In a eureka fashion, the waitress, then, suggested that I get the tacos with just vegetables, which is what I asked for in the beginning. When she came back with my order, she explained we have done it this time, but the manager said that they would not be able to accommodate my order when it's busy. She said I should come during slow times at the restaurant if I wanted something special like just veggies. I have been vegan for more than 25 years and have never had restaurant staff tell me where or when I should patronize them. I spoke to the manager about this problem and explained how offended I was. The manager explained what she meant by the comment, through the waitress under the bus for telling me what she had said, and tried to apologize. In poor customer service taste, the manager opted not to comp any of my bill. I guess it was my fault that I thought a restaurant whose menu boasts that steak and eggs can be cooked to order could possibly do something as simple as saute spinach and mushrooms for a patron who just wants veggies.

Definitely a great breakfast spot that will fill you up!

I ordered from the Grand Treatment section and got the Two Waffle choice. It comes with, two eggs, fresh cut fruit, choice of bacon, pork or turkey sausage, slow cooked ham, or corned beef hash. All for ~ $10! Talk about Grand Treatment!

The food was good and their coffee is also a plus!

Keep in mind they get packed in here! I was here on a early weekend morning and they had a full house already! Definitely call ahead if you have a large party.
