Don't see or notice any police patrols in my immediate block & complained about the loitering & drug dealing on my block went with no call back or patrols

I called them to ask a question. They answered the phone after 1 ring and gave me a specific answer to my question. I wanted to know what kind of ammo the Milwaukee Police carry. The man that answered told me Speer Gold Dots in .40 caliber.

Called them to report 2 suspicious vehicles parked on the street, late at night, with engines running and lights on, no one entered or exited the cars for 20 minutes and then they finally drove off. And during that entire time, I was on hold so I couldn't report it.
Given how they want public help in reporting crime, you'd think that they would take this seriously.response / report this review -

I try to trust in Milwaukee police department, but some how I realize that 80% of them are incompetent. Do your job that's all I ask. Is it so hard! Can't even fill out a accident report right. But you can ask my husband did he know he was on probation. No mister officers almost forgot that. But can you provide the right info in the accident report. His probation has nothing to do with your inaccurate info, for an accident caused by someone else, while my car was at a stand still at a red light. Your incompetence makes the good officers look bad.

The phone rang 30 times. Answered then put on hold.sorry all our operators are busy! One reason I never wanted to return to milwaukee to live.

Terrible experience! I was held here for a full day then sent to Milwaukee county jail because of something I didn't even do then they dropped all charges and kept my business phone and it's been a huge hassle trying to get it back for about two weeks now I don't even live in Milwaukee I was visiting for business reasons it's just crazy how they treated me and I'm not a criminal and never have been. Just a college kid with my own business but I was definitely treated like a 2 time felon that just commute a string of crimes when that wasn't the case. Who can you call when the police steals from you? They literally do whatever they want
