  One of the officers here was literally parked next to where I was the victim of a hit and run. Too busy on his cell phone to do anything and refused to help even with basic information after I told him what had just happened.

  they were very helpful and I followed them to my hotel as I was lost and my phone was put of juice. Would have given them 6 stars if they had turned on their lights!
