  Horrible place!!! New managment is rude. They have excuses as to why nothing gets fixed. New tenants keep stealing my monthly paid car port. New managment does nothing. The new managment is ghetto!!! Jan was the only person who would do anything for her tenants. Wish i could give them no stars. New tenants beware. Seriously I pay $1100 a month for ghetto hood customer service.

  I have enjoyed living at Mills Run for the past 9 months. Jan is the one that really made the place appealing to my boyfriend and me. She is very kind and funny and helpful. There were a few issues in our apartment when we first moved in but management was apologetic and maintenance was fairly quick. The maintenance man took the time to explain to me the issue and why it was taking so long to fix. The pool was broken for a long time but now it is up and running with the new management! The rent is kind of a lot, BUT for having access to an indoor AND outdoor pool and hottub, 24 HOUR workout facility, and business center as well as it being pet-friendly apartments, you get plenty for your money!

  The new office manager is rude, she kicked me out the pool an hour early in said she forgot to write down the new time. I told her they should be more careful about that, she told me she was the new office manager. She asked me what apartment I live in, so I guess she is going to try to mess with now, I could ignor the fact that I walk a mile to my apartment everyday, but not this. She was watching me walk to my apartment also, she had a big dog with her tattoos and was smoking a cigarette. Beware, cause she seems like she don't like black people.

  I just renewed my lease here and I love it. The office staff are super helpful, the pool is amazing, and the people are really nice.

  The staff is very friendly and maintenance has been very good if we need them. Nice property and pool area especially if you want to have a grill out!

  Great place! New management has made major improvements in the first month already. They are making sure everything is fixed right or just buying new. My air conditioning went out Saturday afternoon, called and someone was out within the hour. Office staff is always nice and prompt. Pool is extremely nice with a huge grill anyone can use! The fitness center has everything you would need to get a good workout in.

  Jan is the best ever! I had a rocky start moving in, but she helped fixed everything and has made my stay here truly enjoyable.
