  We have been coming to Miller Honda for 4 years now. They know us on a first name basis now! They have always been so courteous and have always provided excelent service both to the vehicle and to us as customers. Great people! Great quality! Great service! We love to go "where everybody knows your name."

  I am pleased with the service I receive at Miller Honda. Everyone is friendly, the work is done correctly and the facility is clean. The only thing I would like to see improved is the amount of time for oil change. Keep up the good work!!!

  I found a car I liked online and went in person very late in the afternoon. The car was in perfect condition and was being sold at a fair price. They worked with me to get all of the legal paperwork done and I came in the next day to get the car certified. All went smoothly and everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I found the car buying experience to be more pleasant in Winchester vs. the 'over busyness' in the D.C. Metro area. More of a "home town" feel, straight forward and not as much pressure.

  I have been shopping around for my dream car for a long time. Most of them were overpriced and dealerships that I visited were not professional at all. Luckily, I came across Miller Honda, who had my dream car at a perfect and correct price. The only problem was they were located 800 miles away. However Dave and the people here worked with me in order for me to make the purchase on the car. They are excellent and extremely professional. Definitely not like any dealer I ever went. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership over anyone I've ever visited. These guys really went out of their way for me!

  Such a great experience, Latisha Lane was awesome. During our own research of dealerships we found Latisha's name popping up as the person to see. She met our expectations of not being pushy and was attentive to what we were looking for. She finished up with the sale by teaching us all the features of our 2018 CR-V., as well as programming the Info-entertainment center to our liking.
  We appreciate her patience and we will always recommend her to our friends. Thanks again Latisha!

  Very low pressure buying experience. Latisha was great to work with. We were between the CR-V and a Ford Escape. We liked the CR-V better but thought that Honda would not be able to get close enough to the Ford price. They got close enough that it convinced us to go with the CR-V. Latisha walked us through all of the features (and there are a lot) and even set up our cell phones with the cars system. We have her on speed dial for future guidance.

  An overall nice car buying experience. Had an idea what I wanted when I showed up, however Theresa Henson was very helpful and engaging throughout the process of selecting a vehicle. Then helped make all the #'s workout to my needs. I highly recommend Miller Honda. Also, you can't go wrong with the lifetime powertrain included on all new vehicles.

  We"d like to thank Marco Rivera -Yabar for his outstanding salesmanship . We purchased a new car last week from Miller Honda and he was our salesman . He explained us everything and with his advice we bought a car that I think will fit our needs. Also, everybody who works in Honda seems very helpful and warm.

  Bradley Kirkland assisted me with the purchase of my new Honda Fit. He was patient during my process of trying to decide on which type of car I wanted. He was knowledgeable about the different models and helped to make my purchase an easy and smooth one. The manager Darin Jenkins was supportive during the process. I wanted to discuss my decision with my husband and he put a hold on the car without the normally required deposit. The financial department was quick and efficient during the process of obtaining fianancing and finalizing my purchase. I am very satisfied with the service and assistance I received while buying my new car . This is the second car our family has bought at Miller Honda in Winchester VA. When we need to buy another car this will be the dealership that we will buy it from.

  I've been having my car serviced at Miller Honda for a few years now and they've always done a wonderful job. They always keep me in the loop about what's going on, are quick with their work, the prices are reasonable and their quality of work is fantastic (plus everyone is really nice!). I only get my car serviced/repaired here because they're the only people I trust-and I live over an hour away.

  My wife and I took our 2014 Honda to Miller Honda for an oil change and other scheduled services with no appointment. We were treated very courageously and waited less than two hours for the work to be completed, including the annual inspection. We have had all our service work done by Miller Honda and will continue to do so.

  I took my car in to be checked for some leaking and possible overheating. They found the problems, and even solved a couple other mysteries, all within 24 hours of my scheduled appointment. They were very courteous, their mechanic explained everything well, and they even took time to remember my name! Very good service.

  My experience with Miller Honda was so fun! My Salesman Zach was very helpful in finding the perfect car for me in the right price range. I was able to afford the "extra coverage" because of the great rate I was given! I ended up going home with a brand new 2016 Civic that runs beautifully and has already gotten lots of compliments. I definitely reccomend Miller Honda and Zach as a great salesman...wasn't pushy or anything, was completely real.

  Friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable staff. They had me in and out of there in an hour which is record time compared to other dealers I've dealt with keeping me sitting around for hours. I recommend (and already have) to family and friends.

  Very friendly staff and got a great deal on a used car. They made it very easy for me to make my first car purchase. The service department is a plus too. It appears very easy and convenient with fair treatment on pricing. I'm sure I'll use it for any problems that appear down the road.
