Sold me dual comm MSA Sordin's on eBay. Claimed item worked 100% in advert. Boom mic does not transmit. Was unable to test until radio arrived for drill (32 days). Did operations unable to transmit to company or platoon with hearing protection because item doesn't work. Refused return of item.

The customer service is top notch. Cheapest name tapes around post. Even beats online prices. Their used selection is amazing. The new selection is just as good. I wish I knew about them earlier. I would recommend them to everyone.
