As an organization we strive to provide comprehensive immigration and family legal services to low-income members of the Spanish-speaking community in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Chicago. Mil Mujeres is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was founded by American University alumni to address the growing need for bilingual legal services to serve the DC’s Latino community with an emphasis in helping survivors of domestic violence.
