Last Thursday I walked into Mikes fitness equipment store. I told them I needed a 3/4 inch thick gym mat. The guy helping me out pointed out a 4x6 and a 4x16 mat. I ended buying the 4x16 mat and took it home to finish my platform. In the process of cutting and installing the mat, I noticed the mat wasn't 3/4 thick. I called them and I explained to them that I was given the wrong mat or there was miss understanding. The owner told me over the phone "Bring it back and will replace it, we want you to be happy" I then explained to him that I had already cut the mat. He said bring it in and will replace it and give you the right one. I took the mat back and spoke with the owner in person. He exchanged the mats no questions asked. I was very happy with the service and will continue to go back for their outstanding customer service. I walked out with the replaced mats/ bought a back support belt and barbell neck support. Great people, great equipment at a fair price. I recently bought a fairly complete home gym from Mike's Fitness including a body solid cage with lat and row attachment, Olympic bar and weight set, adjustable bench, plate tree for storage, and a Pro Form treadmill. I am very happy with the quality of the equipment and Mike's service. I paid a small fee to have his guys come and set it all up and very glad I did. If you are thinking about a home gym, talk to Mike.
