  As a first-time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the process, terminologies, and rules of purchasing a house, but with Mike Santos as my realtor, I got the guidance I need. That, I know, I would have not received from another realtor. He went above and beyond by educating me every step of the way, coaching me on areas that I need to focus on and spending countless hours going through documents with me. He also helped me fine the perfect home for me that not only fits my budget, but also fits my lifestyle. I would have not found this home on my own. A milllion thanks to Mike Santos for his time, attention, diligence, patience and hard work. Highly recommended!

  Working with Mike was a great experience. He walk us through the entire process which made it easy as we’ve never sold a house before. Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task but he made it such a breeze! He helped us every step of the way. Explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
  The best real estate agent I have worked with.. very professional, experienced and helpful agent!
  He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times.
  I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it!

  Mike Santos, our realtor has done a good job of selling our house with less hassle and getting the highest price for it. He explained everything on what to expect during the process and how long this will take and gave us assurances that we will get the best price for our property. We're very thankful and appreciated every info and help he gave me and my husband to maximize the value of our home. We highly recommend his services and will use his service again when the time comes to sell and buy again. Thank you Mike, you deserve more than 5 stars.

  Mike made the buying process so easy and was very attentive of our details. I was a first time home buyer who hadn't done too much research into the market, mike laid out a plethora of knowledge towards buying a home. Even though we looked at multiple properties for many weekends in multiple cities trying to find the perfect home, Mike had all the patience in the world and it actually felt that he genuinely cared about me getting into the right home and not just the pay day. I appreciate everything Mike had to offer and will be recommending him to any future home buyers. 5 stars
