This customer is really friendly. When you pull up to the guard shack there won't be anyone there to check you in. Just make a right turn if you're loading food products on a van and a left turn if you have a flatbed trailer. Park in the spaces facing the dock doors and walk inside to check in. The check in process does take awhile so be patient. The shipping clerks are friendly and helpful so try to be kind. They will give you a dock door. The docks are a little tight when it's busy but it's not too bad. My trailer wasn't really as clean as it could have been but they didn't complain or make me leave. In about 45 minutes I was loaded. I pulled the trailer from the dock door about 10 feet and closed the doors. Then I went inside for paperwork. One of the lady's from shipping will go out and seal the trailer and hand you the BOL. Overall not too bad here.

One of the worst places for picking up. Attached proof of their laziness. There is only two people who work hard. Scotty and his supervisor Joe. I waited till 6 pm for a dock and then Scotty loaded the whole trailer in less than half an hour. The day shift barely loaded any trailers during their shift. Scotty was working fast and helping other drivers to get load. If u wanna go for smooth pick up ask for Scotty. This guy got my respect.
