Second time I have brought my mother for an appointment in the Middletown office. She had a 3:30 appointment, it is now 4:33 and I am still waiting for her to come out. They seem to hustle when it gets to closing time (btw she is on her 2nd recheck). I guess the only ones time that matters is theirs!
