  There flight school need some update. Mr morey is known for twisting words and being toxic. Would recommend other flight schools in the area, such as. Capital
  Flight. Or Stark Fleet Academy. Or if you’re willing to drive the extra little bit Wisconsin aviation.

  Best place in the Madison area to learn to fly. I've gotten my PPL and instrument rating from here between 2017 and 2020. No waiting on the taxiway idling through $125/hr like KMSN - you're in the air in less than 5 minutes after engine start. Diversity of rental fleet is limited to C152's and C172's (3 N models, 2 have classic NAV radios, 1 GPS equipped, and 2 Skyhawk SPs with nice Garmin GPS units) but the aircraft are well-maintained and good trainers, for sure.

  Morey Field,as I know it, is an amazing place to learn to fly.
  
  I admit bias, Pete my friend first, instructor second, Is one of those individuals that, -if you are not fascinated by aviation at the start, you will leave with a new passion. My son has been taking a lesson around his birthday most years since he was 6, yes really, 6. Cupcakes compris. For us its a tradition and generally the highlight of the year. I think his smile in the pictures says it all.
  
  Take your kids for an introductory flight, pilots are in demand in today's economy. "You may never get over it" -as the saying goes.
  
  Just yesterday we met a charming young lady at another airport, struggled with school, etc. Dad took her to the airport for a flight.. In her words, that day she found herself.
  
  The facility is spotless, the lounge classy and comfy. The equipment is well maintained. The staff is friendly.
  
  The prices are not the lowest, but high quality is never about pricing.
  Flying for me is one of those life experiences by which you measure everything else. Glad we did it with Morey.
  
  No diner on site, but Hubbard Avenue Diner: 7445 Hubbard Avenue is five minutes by car. You will not be disappointed.

  Awesome staff that works here. They care about your experience and want you to come back. They have lots of books, clothing, and reference materials for you to buy. Digital Testing is available here. Check out some of the classes they offer! They are great!
