The staff in Quick Lane is wonderful, especially Bree. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with my tires. I complimented on their website and Russ was kind and called me to thank me, Bree also thanked me. I have been in customer service for a number of years and feel it is not only important to voice complaints, but also to compliment those who work so hard to provide a wonderful experience.
Sales staff is great. Carl was my salesman and he was very nice and helpful. The management in the Sales department has also been very kind to me and helped me with some issues that I had. The service department is another story. There was a problem with my vehicle that I said I knew was a recall. I was treated like I was a complete idiot and disrespected by management in the service area as well as their employees (one in particular). Come to find out, my car DOES now have a recall. When I have contacted them for other things, I am treated rudely over the phone. I receive deals on my oil changes, but I don't want to even set foot in there again. The quick lane staff seems decent, but I just feel uncomfortable there now. I am generally quite kind, too, because I worked in customer service for years. I'm even kind to those being abrasive to me, but I don't have to recommend their place of business.
Gave me blue book value for my trade in. Warranties they sold me paid off! The oil change and maintenance place impresses me. I feel my car gets the needed repair. Transportation needed during recall repairs is very accommodating.
Thank you to everyone that I worked with at Middleton Ford! After having a very bad experience at a different dealership I was nervous about looking for a car. I met with Ernest and Will and they were so great! Thank you for taking the time and listening to me! I love my new car!
Just had the best customer service experience ever with Ryan in the Quick Lane service department. I had a more complicated situation than I expected, but he worked with me to figure out the safest solutions within my budget. He definitely went above and beyond. The actual maintenance and repair work on the car seems well done, as well, but it's a little too early to judge.
Awesome car buying experience and great place to get your vehicle serviced. Family owned and operated too. If your in the area, do yourself a favor and check this place out!!
John in service is awesome. From the phone call to schedule to feeling comfortable during repairs. I will not go anywhere or deal with anyone else. He takes care of everything, keeps you informed & follows up with warranty concerns. Outstanding service.
After having bad experiences at Jeep dealerships in the area and learning that Middleton Ford services all makes and models, I won't take my Jeep anywhere else. I never feel like the service department is trying to swindle me and they do phenomenal work. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to make sure all your concerns are addressed. I've always been a Jeep girl, but after the positive interactions I've had at Middleton Ford, I would consider buying my next car from them.
I've had great experiences with their service center which lead me to check out the sales department. I ended up purchasing a new Escape and was blown away by the experience I had! If you need your car serviced or looking to get a new car, I'd highly recommend this place! Family environment and an awesome staff.

The care and consideration and the listening skills demonstrated by my sales consultant John Huffman were above and beyond my expectations and certainly better than any of the other Ford dealers I visited. Dealer was giving us the classic run around. Instead of explaining leases, made it difficult to understand. Didn't have the vehicle we were searching for, didn't want to look. Went south to Francois Ford, they took care of us, and did a great job.
