The Mid Atlantic Officials Association (MAOA) is a non-profit organization which trains and schedules Ice Hockey Officials in the North Carolina region for NCAA & USA Hockey sanctioned games. MAOA starts working with officials as young as 14 years of age to train them with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and integrity required to officiate USA Hockey sanctioned Ice Hockey games in the Triangle NC region. As our officials train and grow, we prepare them for officiating Atlantic Coast Hockey Association (ACHA) & NCAA games throughout the Triangle/Piedmont Regions and beyond.
