Bed was comfy however the shower drained really slow, I get covered in grease and dirt at work and it's a real pain pet peeves of mine when a shower doesn't drain properly. Other than that, nice place to stay

I will definitely stay at this hotel again! It was so peaceful, clean & the staff was extremely helpful, nice, informative & attentive. As a NJ resident, they made my experiences & stay in Ohio even more wonderful than what I imagined!!!! Thank You Terrance, Brittany & the Guy w/ the Mohawk, you guys rock & deserve a raise for your great hospitality & prompt service!!! The breakfast was also amazing DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!!

As soon as you walk in you smell cigarette smoke. The hotel was pretty clean and the staff seemed very nice. But I could.not get over the smoke smell.

Terrible experience. Upon checking in I arrived early and asked if they could text me when the room was ready, they don't do that as they don't believe in the 21st century. The room smelled like smoke and they knew it as they had a tree air freshener that you would put in a car on the fire sprinkler. There was another mans dried up CUM on the floor. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash. One of the lights didn't work not like thats a big deal but it adds up. No working ice machine, or vending machines but don't worry they posted a sign saying theres plenty of places in a 1 mile radius. Woke up around 2:30 AM to someone trying to enter the room. The reason I'm writing this is because they told me they would call to fix the situation, I did not receive a call. Spend $20 more dollars and stay somewhere else, the McKinley Grand was $20 more and I wish I would have stayed there. Never again will I stay at a Wyndham property do to this terrible experience!

The property was ok, it was suppose to be non-smoking, however the entire time our next door neighbor apparently was a heavy smoker from what the front counter late night person said oh and that he knew who they were, no apology or anything and we advised numerous times of the smell Everytime we walked up to 2nd floor, the pool was very nice and clean. Breakfast was ok, the waffle machine kept sticking and noone got regular waffles, only torn up waffles. We had to ask a few times for towels as we had none when we checked in, only a used one on the back of the bathroom door. The location was nice and convenient. I enjoyed the comfort of the beds just not the constant smell of cigarette smoke (also had to stuff washclothes and small hand towels in the adjoining door to said smoker on the other side) after midnight lots of noise coming from other floors and can hear everything in other rooms. I would probably stay at this location again if I could make sure no smoking at all around the room I'm staying at. Stephanie was great checking us in and attending to making our stay more enjoyable with conversation and giving us advice on places to eat.

Tiny and stylish. Cheap rooms. 5 stars declined because plumbing issue prevented a good swim.

This is a very nice motel...the people are friendly and there's an indoor swimming pool. I would definitely stay here again!

First time staying at a Microtel. Here for work and only 1 night. For the price of this place, absolutely the best budget hotel I have stayed in. Rooms are clean and updated, swimming pool is wonderful and workers are very nice. If all Microtel are as nice as this, it is my new hotel of choice when travelling for work.

My wife and I got upgraded to a suit because they ran out of singles. Cleanliness was not an issue. I'd definitely stay here again.

Beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was eggs and sausage both mornings I was there, stale bagels, and a waffle maker that is probably a fire hazard with how it wasn't cleaned up properly. The eggs tasted off. Very off. Sausages had a taste I could not place with any other food or spice I have eaten.

I stopped in to check out room rates and the front desk associate, Rachel, was extremely polite and very very helpful! I did decide on another room that had a better rate but Rachel was very helpful and told me about all of the features and amenities of the hotel. I will be staying there in the future! Thank you Rachel!
