After many attempts by specialists in their field of medicine couldnt help me. My first visit to pmc gave me pain relief that lasted more than montns. They are to the point and professional.
Oh my gosh!!! I can't thank these professionals enough! I'm so very grateful for them. Their kindness & understanding, & listening & talking to me. That is rare at this time in medical history. I can walk again instead of lurching around without stiffness & pain. Thank you so. very, very much!!!
For your own records and peace of mind take a picture of your prescriptions before you get them filled! They won't admit to mistakes they make regarding the fill-dates on your prescriptions! Thank God my pharmacy went to bat for me!
Called on Monday, July 3rd, for a prescription refill, as my family and I were going out of town for vacation, and my refill was due on the 4th. They told me that since I hadn't called 48 hours in advance (mind you I am new to the doctor's office and was also told not to call early for refills), that there was nothing they could do for me. So, now I have to go the entire week with no meds and the lady on the phone showed no care, no concern and offered no options to help me. Horrible customer service and no empathy to new patients who are simply trying to follow the rules they put in place. Do I call 48 hours in advance when they are closed two days before it's due and the day after? But also being told not to call earlier than 48 hours in advance. Horrible care about their customers.
I have been going here for 20 years. Some Doctors have left and new ones have come. They have always treated me like I'm their only patient.
They listen to me, after all we should all be our own advocate when it comes to our health, and they are okay with that.
I have only felt rushed once in all those years.
I think people think this is a place to get drugs, and get upset when they don't get them.
The treatments should make it so you don't need to take drugs.
I've not had to take anything for pain in years, that's why I get the treatments, that's what the injections are for.
I have my life back because of them, they have never given up on me, and for that i'm grateful. They really care.
I've sent many to this location and will continue.

I am always treated professionally and the staff from the front desk on, always try to make sure I am comfortable,, and are very through. They take time to talk with me and try to help elevate any concerns I may have. My Doctor is very down to earth, and very knowledgeable of my situation, my case. He does a great job telling me my options, and leaves the decisions up to me ,as to wether I want a certain
Treatment or not.
In the treatment room, the staff and doctor, do everything to see that I am as comfortable as possible. I've been a patient for many, many years, and I could not imagine going elsewhere.
Thanks to all who work here together, for the betterment of people like me.
The Nurses and the
Doctor were informative. I knew what to expect every step of the way for the shot. My husband left the building pain free For this reason alone they should get five stars. However, if you're going to visit, you may want to come prepared. We were here for three hours and sixteen minutes. If you are in pain, any amount of time seems unbearable. My husband couldn't get comfortable. I asked the Nurse about the time and she said it was the norm for new patients. Next time it won't be as long. My suggestion would be to offer drinks to patients that have been there over two hours or at the lease comfortable furniture options.
I have been dealing with serious back issues for 8 yrs now.. And if it wasn't for my doctor here I don't know what I would do.. Yes I still struggle with my day to day but not as bad as what it was.. Just when I felt list and was about to give up she was able to find the right way to go.. Not every injection work and it takes time to find the treatment that will.. But don't give up because they didn't give up and now I have found some peace.. Good Doctors and AMAZING nurses..
This place is so unprofessional, it's a wonder anyone goes back. I have recently had to use Medicaid due to job loss. When MCP tried to bill, it said I had a primary because it wasn't fixed yet on Medicaid side. I was unaware of this until I got to an appointment for an injection, they are an hour away from me mind you, so after waiting to see the dr etc no one told me the issue, Dr comes in and said we couldn't do it because of the insurance. So I left, called and fixed the insurance issue told mcp to rebill on the 22nd because of my appointment on the 27th. No one said anything on the 27th, Dr refused to do injection and referred me to a lady to manipulate my back, I came back on the 2nd of august still no one telling me insurance wasn't re billed, the lady says she wanted to try different injection so I say ok let's do it, then the supervisor comes in and said we can't do it because insurance issue! Without taking me on the 27th or had the courtesy to tell me before I came back again! Not only that but they stereotype you by if you were abused as a child, stating that you will abuse medication because of it, not everyone who's had a bad childhood, are the same. I'm in corrections as a career for one and have been on medication for 6 years and still not abused them! They are unorganized. I had the worst experience been there 7 times with only 1 injection when I was only supposed to do two diagnostic injections so I could have surgery because I've been in pain for 6 years and is killing me! Now they are trying to send me to some PT! They are trying to make me start back to square one! I'm not doing it I HAVE DONE IT ALREADY AND DIDN'T WORK, I WANT FIXED AND THEY JUST WANTED TO WAIST MY TIME AND MAKE ME EVEN MORE DEPRESSED. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
