My boyfriend and I go here all the time. The Ramen is fantastic and our favorite server (Ben) is the best. If you're lookong for a great place this is your spot.

Good selection of different types of soup, meats, add-ons, and appetizers. Huge selection of beers, locals, IPAs, etc. Even have the ability to add more noodles to your left over broth for 2 bucks. Cool atmosphere too.

I got the Jungle bowl with extra noodles. Everything was full of flavor. I was especially happy with the sweet green tea. It's so good, and not too sweet.

This place gives you very little food for the price they charge. My 10-year old daughter did not have enough from one bowl. The $10 Michi Ramen had a handful of noodles, a single thin slice of pork belly, two slices of seaweed. That’s it. No eggs, no corn, no more meat, no more noodles. Extra soup is $2. Everything else costs extra. Come on! Is this the best Austin can offer? The soup is bland, the pork belly looks like a piece of bacon wrapped into a circle, the place is noisy with its laminate floor Anyone who has done Ramen in NYC, LA or even Dallas, will think this is a joke.

The food was very good and came out quickly despite the amount of customers I saw seated at the time. We ordered a few summer ramens and some tempura, it was all tasty and in relatively large portion sizes.
The service was where they failed, however. The table we were given had not been cleaned properly, the guy that served us seemed like he wanted to be far, far away from there, and another server was clearly hitting on the women at a table close to ours. It was weird, uncomfortable, and unprofessional, and I wasn't even the one getting hit on by the chubby hairy server.
I will wait a few months for them to cycle in new staff before I come back. The night serving crew that day was not the worst, but there's no excuse for the service, or I suppose lack thereof.

Best ramen in town. Great selection and customization that I haven't seen at other places. I love being able to get extra noodles. Also comes with a good beer selection.

This place is great! I love that you have the option to create your own (which I did). We got our food super fast, too. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Honestly, I really wanted to love this place and had been looking forward to eating here. So I'm to say they only really have pork options for protien was a disappointment. My understanding is they sold out of chicken that night, but for me, that is just too limited a selection.
I don't eat pork and I know I'm not the only person. So to see such a heavy pork based menu and not really have other options was a bit shocking.
The people were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I just wish I could have eaten there. If they ever expand their protein selection, I would love to try again.

I love the food here. We come every time we're in town. The only bad experience was they couldn't spell my fiance' s name and it caused a seating mishap. It was fixed right away so it wasn't a big deal. The waiter was extra friendly and offered free ice cream when they were out of something a friend ordered. Excellent customer service. 😁

Went at 9pm, still pretty crowded but was seated immediately. Jungle is pretty spicy but good. Meat was kind of tough though. Dumplings and The mochi were yum! Parking is easy and wait staff have been helpful in what to add to ramen both times I have been.

This place is gold, Jerry, gold! Strongly suggest the Golden Gate and the Jumping Tuna Ramen. They both come with shiso and the latter is deep fried for a hot minute before being sliced. I wanted to drink the sweet/sour sauce it came with. Wash it all down with a Michi Ramen.

My favorite soul food joint! Freddy and his team know how to make fresh ingredients stick to your bones in a friendly open atmosphere. Try the house infused sake!

Literally so good. I went during lunch time and while there was a wait, it'll literally take them two minutes to bring you a bowl of hot steaming soup Ramen. These are by far the best RamenI have had in the Austin Area~~~~ but, my friend did say she got food poisoning from this placeso eat at your own risk

I've been to many Ramen places all over; Seattle, San Antonio, Corpus Christi. NONE compare to the flavor that Michi brings. I drive the hour and a half from San Antonio just to eat here. I love you Michi, don't ever change!
