Michelle began her career as an interior designer helping first time homebuyers renovate and design their newly purchased homes. During the economic downturn, she adjusted her services and teamed up with a realtor and contractor as a design consultant for investment property flipping. The focus was on affordable, but well designed homes with fashion forward, trendy finishes to attract young buyers into the market. Eventually she expanded her services to include historic rehabilitation tax credit consulting and then received her real estate license. Combining all aspects of her experience and professional career has been a winning combination!
