Very 'shady' characters! My Home Insurance Company contracted with them to repair a dishwasher for me. The appointment was like 5 days or more away on a Friday evening from 3 pm - 8 pm. He never called to say he couldn't make his scheduled appointment. When I called my Insurance Company they called back and said all they could do was leave voice messages, they could not get anyone to talk to. I had the same problem. On Sunday he called and said he could come out that day and would be out in 15 minutes being he was only 15 minutes away. It took him over an hour to arrive. He made his inspection and said he would get with my Insurance Company per his recommendations and get back with me. It is now Tuesday and neither my Insurance Company nor myself can do anything but leave voice messages. Very shoddy and shady character. I would never ever recommend him or hire him to carry out my trash can.

I hired Michael to do some electrical work and I ended up getting my whole house re-wired. They did such a good job on the electric that I went ahead and got him to fix my roof as well. They were very professional and got everything done in a short amount of time. I'll be getting them to handle any future repairs I need. Great job.

Worst company ever ! Said they would be there to do an estimate never showed up I called and called and they ignored the phone calls. When finally called back 2 days later was very rude and hung up on me. That's not how you run a bussiness if you run a bussiness communication is the key. I would not recommend at all. If they can't show up for an estimate what makes you think they can show up for work.

One of my One Main financial locations had a deadline to move out or we were getting a fee from the landlord. I found Michael on google and called him. He sounded excited to take the job and swore up and down he would be onsite to accommodate the date I needed this done by. Michael went MIA the day he was suppose to be onsite. Would not answer his phone or respond to any emails. Needless to say, we were hit with a $1,000 fine as we missed our deadline because of Michael and had to search for a reliable source to get out there to complete the task. This company is highly unprofessional and judging by the below comments (aside from the fake comments made by Michael and his friends) I would recommend calling someone else to handle your work, especially if you have a deadline.

I called Michael with some electrical problems, fuse box issues etc. He responded in a timely manner , traced wiring throughout my attic and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and intend on having him do some work for my mother as well. Very reasonable price in addition.

Hired him to fix some tile flooring. 10 tiles to be exact. Contacted him and he assured he could do it. I had to contact him multiple times because he kept assuring me he would come out and simply wouldn't show up. When he did show up he did a half-ass job. Within a day the tiles were already up. We called and he came out and put the tiles down (missed 2 tiles) once again. We left wet floor signs and such over them to ensure no one would step on them and they wouldn't get wet. Once again the tiles came up. I ended up learning how to tile myself and big shock... they actually stayed in place. This was very poor service and he was payed for a job that he didn't complete. I wouldn't recommend at all. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. $250 for me to have to do the damn tiles myself..

DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR ANY ROOFING OR HOME REPAIRS. Michael was hired to replace a roof for us on a home that we sold. We paid Michael 75% of the cost up front for the materials and the labor totaling around $5600. However, the shingles that were bought and initially installed were non warranted shingles which in reality were supposed to be a 25 yr shingle. Additionally the crew he had working on the job, installed the shingles wrong. All of this was caught and he supposedly fired the crew he had working on the house. The new home owners were supposed to move in and the roof was not completed. We ended up having to hire a new company to come in and fix the Job Michael did not complete. Costing us and extra $9,000 we had not budgeted. We were told we would receive a full refund of our money. However, we are currently going through a law suit to recoup that money. I can not stress enough, DO NOT HIRE.

We have experienced nothing but excuse after excuse with this gentleman as to why the roof was not completed in the time that was allocated and why we have not received our refund. Additionally, the people who bought the house from us, hired Michael on their own to complete some projects around the house they wanted done. However, they received the same experience as we did, when one of the WRONG bedrooms was painted the WRONG color and he did not complete a couple of repairs they needed. I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star rating, but I had to, to be able to write this review.

Michael will tell you that he is an honest man and that he is sincere. However, when his feet are put to the fire and he is held accountable for his actions, he has nothing but excuses. Learn from mine and my wife's mistake and spend your money else where. I promise you it will end up costing you more in the long run if you do not.
