  This is by far the worst agency I have ever worked with. Chad and Addie refuse to cancel my auto policy after I moved from Indiana to Texas. I had called Addie a month before I was to move to cancel and she said that was fine. After moving to Texas with Texas plates they are refusing to cancel my policy and are still charging me!!!! They said there was some kind of computer glitch and cannot cancel my policy? What? I have reported them to the board of insurance agents, filed a complaint with corporate (which Addie gave me the wrong number when I asked for it) and am filing a fraud complaint and lawsuit. What the heck is going on here? Do not use this agency!!

  I’ve been with all state in Fortwayne for the past 1-2 years and never missed a payment but recently switched insurance companies in June because we moved and we wanted a closer insurance company. We called to cancel with Allstate so that way we wouldn’t continue to get charged and told them the whole reason for canceling and that there was nothing they did that was wrong. We have been charged for the past 4 months for my car and motorcycle even tho we’ve called 3 times to tell them we switched insurance companies and to stop charging and they won’t. All around a terrible insurance company and I highly recommend not going with them. All they had to do was admit they made a mistake and give us our money back but they don’t care. Terrible company and terrible employees.

  My husband and I are residents of Indianapolis and are former State Farm Insurance customers. We are very pleased with the Bonjour Allstate Agency of Fort Wayne. Mr. Bonjour and the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, they offer great rates with discounts which is very important to us. I called the office after hours and Mr. Bonjour was kind enough to speak with me, gather information and get back with me within minutes, even though they were closed. I highly recommend this agency!!

  Michael Bonjour's insurance agency has insured everything I own since 2018. They have consistently had great rates, but the most important thing is that I know I have the best coverages that fit my lifestyle.

  Great customer service and very friendly! These guys answered all questions I had in terms that I understood. They also made the buying of our new house with new insurances very easy to understand. They also bundled all of our insurances and saved us hundreds of dollars a year! I highly recommend them!
