I came to MG Plastic Surgery for Laser Hair Removal. Today I had my first treatment and it went really well! The team at MG Plastic Surgery is awesome! Dr. Gigena and his staff were welcoming and kind. The new-patient process was smooth and easy to navigate. My appointments were readily available and I had no problem finding a time that worked for me. The treatment itself was quick and painless. I have had laser treatments in the past at other businesses that were very painful. The new technology they use at MG Plastic Surgery was cool and painless! I could feel some zapping sensations, but it was not painful, just a sensation. I am hopeful this provides me with lasting hair removal. I could not be happier with my experience so far. The patient centered care, the welcoming feeling, and the professional excellence will keep me recommending this place!

Dr. Manuel Gigena has given me nothing but good results. I have personally experienced 3rd degree burn care, pre cancerous lesion removal, Agnes to reduce submental fat and xeomin(neuromodulator). All I can say is WOW am I amazed. It’s truly hard to find one surgeon that is amazing in all areas. Not only is he good providing care, but is sure to make you laugh too. Quite the personality! Will be coming back for more!

Avoid this office! Not only are they completely unprofessional, (not responding to emails, canceling appointments with no notice) but they will give you a quote for a procedure, then when you try to schedule the surgery, they will switch the price! (They tried to add $2100 to my cost after guaranteeing me in a written quote that they would do it for a certain price). It was literally the day of my pre op appointment they told me they could not honor the price they gave me 8 months ago. And no, not because my medical condition or surgical plan had changed. Dr. Gigena called me personally and said “I would lose money if I do it for the price I quoted you.” And look, I totally get it. I work in the medical field. Things happen. But I specifically asked at my initial consultation how long this written quote was good for. I was told “forever! That’s why we give it to you in writing!” I spoke to the office staff numerous times trying to set the appointment (about 3 months of trying to contact them and not hearing back or them rescheduling my appointments), and not one time did anyone indicate the prices had increased at all, let alone so drastically. Classic bait and switch. I sincerely hope no one gives this guy business ever again!
