  Excellent service! The staff treated me with respect and I felt comfortable throughout my entire stay. They also have a superb popcorn machine right at the entrance which is a plus. After jumping around Honda dealerships around the area, I made business with Metro Honda. They listened to my concerns and were very reasonable to business talks. I will gladly refer my colleagues and friends to this dealer in the future. Highly recommended!

  Good service for you Honda vehicle. Very busy Honda service station in Jersey City. The service writer that I had was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and wanted to work with me. I had a lot of work done for my Odyssey and it was all done professionally. The car was running like new again and given back to me cleaner then I gave it to them. The checkout process was quick and someone followed up with a phone call, a few days later, to see how the repairs were preformed. May cost a bit more to go to the dealer for service but you know it's getting done right with the proper parts.

  Monday December 8 went for car service or oil change. I was surprised an appointment was made for same day after work. Mike & his team were very curious & on point for everything. This was my first time car service. They did a great job & looking forward going back there. I bought my car some place else & is very far away. This place is very convenient & pass by every day in morning to work & coming back home.

  Just bought a Honda Pilot at Metro Honda. I dealt with Mahmoud for the car sale and he was engaging, friendly, polite and was focused on getting me what i wanted. They had a solid selection of cars and I came from Hunterdon county to shop there because they had what i wanted. I was specifically impressed with how they handled an issue I had with the final preparation of the car as there were some things that were not to my satisfaction. I was directed to Carmen who escalated to the general sales manager. They addressed the issue promptly and professionally and ensured that I was happy and satisfied. The sign of a good dealer who wants to do right and is focused on the customer.

  Adam was very helpful and got us a great deal. He was very patient and understood our money situation and geared our deal to it. I would recommend him anytime to my family and friends. I look forward to making deals with him in the future. He is a great worker!

  It was great experience. We had test drive and were given a possibility to look through models/colors/options etc. I feel like we were welcome guests in this place. Unfortunately we have not agreed on price, but I'm sure staff was doing everything possible to come close to the out-of-state offer we had.

  Nick was absolutely fabulous when it came to finding the perfect car for me. He took his time and worked out a reasonable down payment for me to pay monthly. He was personable and made sure I was confortable with my decision. He made a follow up call and again continued to congratulate me on my new purchase of a car. I was more than satisfied with his help and expertise. I would recommend him to anyone when it comes to metro Honda

  My husband and I had been to over 3 dealerships and been shopping for months before finally getting our Honda Pilot from Metro Honda. Nick Redondo was amazing. We've never dealt with such a kind and true car salesman before and it was refreshing. He treats you the way he would want his own family treated when buying a car. He addressed our concerns, and helped us find a solution for our specific situation in order to get the car and deal that worked best for us and our family. We have been referring family and friends to him ever since we drove off of the lot with our new car. Definitely intend on returning to Metro Honda and will specifically ask for Nick again.

  I had a great experience! The salesman, Nick Redondo, knew the answer to every question I asked and was very helpful. I felt at home and like I was talking to a friend. When looking at cars I'm usually intimidated by the males, models, colors, specs, and whatnot, but Nick made me feel very comfortable when picking out the right car for me. I will definitely be coming to Metro Honda for my next car purchase, and I am most definitely asking for Nick.

  Eric Santiago was very friendly and cared about my financial limit on getting car and told me every opportunity I had. When I want sure about something he answered all my questions and bought a manager to explain further (It was his first 2 weeks working). The manger Luis was a little pushy, but I got a better deal from the manger. Overall, Eric was great! And I got my new vehicle without problems! Thank you Eric!! Your the best!!

  I am a first time buyer and Alex Firman helped me a lot! He was able to make it up and find a way to work within my budget. He really did a great job and assisted us in every step of the process.   I recently bought my first car here. I couldn't have had a better experience if it weren't for Joshua Carmona. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very kind! His customer service skills were amazing! He took his time with me and helped with getting a really good deal! He knew exactly what he was doing and had an answer to every question thrown at him. I definitely and HIGHLY recommend Josh to anyone who is looking to buy a car ! He will definitely help and make you feel 100% about your purchase. He makes this dealership a better place that's for sure !!

  my experience was not what i had expected. my sales person Scott Shannon was excellent. he helped me get a good reliable lease. helped me with my ending lease. he is professional, and i felt i could talk to him like i was talking to a friend. he was very familiar with the car i needed and wanted, he made sure i left knowing how to use every single new feature in the car. he is an excellent sales guy. i recommend him. he understood exactly what i wanted and how much i was willing to pay. excellent sales person . excellent

  This review is meant for Manhattan Honda owners who need to have their car serviced. I tried to decide whether to go to a Honda service center in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, or New Jersey. Reviews for all service centers are not good, making it hard to decide. I called the best looking three, one in Queens, one on Long Island, and Metro Honda in Jersey City, and asked how much it would be to have my timing belt replaced since mine is way beyond when it was supposed to have been changed. Metro was $650 less than one place and $450 below another. I figured I would go to Metro and even if other charges I needed got made, I would still be ahead. Turned out the other work wasn't beyond what was expected and the prices were very reasonable. The service rep, Jackie, was very nice and while the work was done a driver took me to the nearby mall to kill time. The car rides great now and I don't miss the old noises it was making. So I was very pleased and I would go back again. If you're coming from Manhattan, this is a good choice. Thanks Metro.
