  I just tried to have my screen protector replaced because it was put on the phone wrong which it half covers my selfie camera but the sales associate didn't want to sell me another one. She stated that they don't make bigger screen protectors for the Samsung A13 then didn't bother to offer a solution.
  She was rude as well. You just lost my business.
  It should be 0 stars!

  I dont normally do reviews but the guy Derrick the has been such wonderful help switching my service from att. He was very honest and just made a great and easy experiences when getting new phones. He is very polite and patient. I highly recommend him.
