An amazing place to learn and hike. Merry Lea is a unique place with diverse landscapes ranging from wetlands to prairies to woods. They offer amazing programming for children in Kindergarten to students in a Master's program.

My wife and I have just arrived in the area to work at Merry Lea Jan 2017. We have loved all of the wonderfully kept-up trails and that this is open to the communityno entrance fee! We love to park at either of the two maintained trailheads and stroll along the forests, meadows, and lakes. We regularly see hawks, turkeys, and deerwe can't wait to see this place in the summer! And there is a farm!
