The worst Benz dealer in the history of Benz dealers. You would think if you bought a $100k benz they would wash your car after service but they don’t. And then they nickle me for $4 to replace the battery on my key fob that keeps dying. They’re awfully penny wise pound foolish. Horrible service. The porters are lazy and have no respect. Never coming back here. Think they’re part of Sonic Group - not surprised by the terrible service. Sonic is notorious for bad dealerships.
I wanted to take a moment and recognize the wonderful staff at MBC. I was assisted by the assistant manager Scott who made sure that everything was completed in time and in a prompt manner. They've used email and texts to keep me in the loop at all times and made necessary calls to inform me about my car's status. The service team is incredible, so I highly recommend MB owners to bring their cars for service at this location.
I had a perfectly normal visit. Which is a good thing. No surprises, no drama. Rental car was there waiting for me. Steve, my service dude, was awesome. Very professional. He got everything done I needed in less than 24 hours! Thank you Steve!
I had a scheduled maintenance on my car with some other things that I expected would take longer. Scott Gomez confirmed all of the items that I needed and not only got them done in a much shorter period of time, he communicated very clearly and was very responsive. I really appreciate the care with which he handled all of my needs. I'm very impressed and will continue to give him my business.
I recently leased a new vehicle from this dealership and it was an excellent experience. David worked diligently and patiently with me to find the perfect vehicle for my situation and budget. Throughout the entire process, David was sincere, professional, knowledgeable, and ready to answer every question. Everyone else whom I worked with at the dealership (e.g. Sales, Finance, ) were similarly welcoming, helpful, and professional. Wonderful people, found the car I wanted online. Called in and gave expectation of purchase and w/in an hour had agreed to price and was off to lunch. My service light came on and I have my morning off. So, even without making an appointment, I took my chance and drove in to see if they can accommodate me. Sure enough, service adviser Eddie was able to help me. Eddie had been most helpful and courteous, and my car was ready as promised the same afternoon. Very happy with my experience at Calabasas MBZ.
Excellent service From Ryan Collins and such professional staff with a great attitude and not pushy to sell but instead very helpful and willing to answer all necessary questions I had regarding my car being serviced. Always truly exceptional service even above and beyond most Mercedes dealerships. Mira in the service dept handles the influx of calls, appointments, and request with professionalism and genuine care. Kyle has always gone above and beyond to ensure that each time my car has been in service that I am kept updated and know all my options. Then there's the loaner car section. The lady (I am wincing that I have forgotten her name) ALWAYS remembers me. She runs the loaner program like clockwork. That dept wouldn't function without her.
I had a terrific experience at Mercedes of Calabasas. My salesperson, Marcus S, was a total mensch! The guy is aces! He seemed genuinely concerned with my satisfaction, happiness AND well being--in that he made efforts to consider my budget and guide me to the most responsible choice. And I heap the same accolades upon the tremendous finance department who made great efforts to get me into my new ride. The whole experience was excellent and I am grateful to the entire staff for their low pressure and conscientious approach. And the car, well, the E300 just rocks!

They did a good maintenance job, although you will pay more for the same service. When I asked for a discount, they offered a small one which was amazing. Getting a loaner vehicle was easy and the employees there exceptional. They didn't do a great job washing my car, but when my wife went to pick it up, no one came to assist her even though she was the only customer. She waited for some time before interrupting an employee to get assistance. Here is where things got weird. One of the employees flat out lied to her. Not a mistake, a lie. Not cool. Every few months when I have it serviced, they find a $1,000+ issue than needs attention, but that's not their fault. That the brand, so I may be going back to Lexus very soon.

A loaner was available for the day whichlowered my stress level and made my day so much easier. My car was completely serviced and washed before day's end. Professional, fast and friendly service.
As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. John Nazarian, our sales consultant was extremely personable, knowledge, patient and made our experience pleasurable. We did not feel pressured or pushed at any time, which is what I was dreading in car shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Calabasas dealership as all personnel were engaging and professional. We are so happy that we purchased our E350 there and will go back there again to John if we need a new car.
After visiting many websites and using too many search engines. I called Mercedes Calabasas. it was the best experience I ever had. the process was painless. I found a my 2016 Range Rover on their lot and I was in and out of the dealership within a minimum of two hours. From the moment I met the Financial services manager the customer service was awesome. From the start to the finish the customer service was the best.
