Terrible customer service. Was here looking for a suit and the clerk walked away and started helping another customer. Both my wife and I were in disbelief. Won't recommend this place or ever shop here again!

Great customer service. I came in just to get measurements and not buy anything and they were friendly as can be.

Absolutely horrible place to shop! First and foremost the manager treated the girl helping me and my sons like trash. He talked to her like she was beneath him screaming at her etc. Second we paid $110 for alterations on my son's suit and the suit took a week longer than promised. The the District Manager flat out lied to us telling me he would resolve the situation and he did not!

From KC, was in Destin for vacation needed to get something changed for a buddies wedding in St.Louis in a week. They were able to make everything work like clockwork. Awesome saved me so much headache on my vacation.

Was in Destin for Vacation and unfortunately had to leave for Arkansas for an unexpected funeral; went to Men's Wearhouse as it was nearby and the long hair young salesman, who was very nice, suited my 14 year old son up to a total of $1000 dollars; I told him I would have to think about it as my husband got a full suit, tie etc. the day before at Joseph A Banks for under 400--- Went to Joseph A Banks the next day; same items; tailored for $400.00 So, be careful; they will rob you blind if they think they can. And they thought they could.

Where do I start? Unhelpful staff. "Forgot" to order two of the tux rentals for our wedding party, even though our entire wedding party went in get fitted at the same time. "Promised" the forgetten tuxes would be in by a certain date, just to have my fiance have to drive to a Jacksonville store because they did not arrive in time. Word of advice to locals planning their weddings, drive the extra miles to the Pensacola location, because the Destin location is not worth your time or money.

GREAT customer service at this location, they have you laughing the whole time. Everyone seems to get along there and want you to leave feeling and looking your best. I have been to this location twice and both times received excellent service from everyone. Would definitely come back for our next event.

Why is 0 not an option for a rating? 12 minutes standing in the store at the front door, peering around in desperation for assistance, and going unacknowledged.. broke me. With five associates in the store and one free to stand behind the counter and text message with her mouth agape, presumably breathing through it, really left me void of any patience. I gathered myself and approached the tux rental counter, while again, I patiently awaited acknowledgement from the associate there. She looked at me while she was helping her current customer, but did not smile or make an effort to let me know she could help me soon. When she finished speaking with that customer, I asked for some assistance. She proceeded to shout at the young lady up front, who was still text messaging, and inquired of her availability to assist me. At this point it had been nearly fifteen minutes since myself and those with me walked in the store. I felt a sense of relief when she came over to help. The sense was short lived, after I asked the young lady a few questions about styles and colors for the tux rentals, she drifted back to the counter and continued to work hard at doing nothing. She still had not answered my questions. Since it seemed as though we were not only unwelcome, but unneeded as customers, my party and I began to pull together the tux ourselves. We moved about the store freely pulling things from displays as we were being ignored and unassisted. We would have rather not been in a position where we felt we needed to disturb the displays, but again no help! I made my way back up to the counter after I found what style and color I thought would work and asked the desk associate for help once more. She proceeded to find other things that needed her attention more, like walking to the back of the store. The young lady working the rental desk had helped two other customers that walked in after us in this amount of time without helping us. A member of my party asked me not to leave as I had basically given up and he sat in an available chair at the rental desk and waited for that associate to acknowledge him. In the mean time we had asked for someone to measure our best man as he had to leave soon. We had been there an hour and a half at this point. The front desk associate finally came back and helped me check out, and she did so with and abdominal attitude. She rolled her eyes at me countless times. I had to excuse myself and allow my fiance to finalize the details with her. I called cooperate because there was no manager available and if there were I wouldn't have been able to speak to them since everyone was obviously unavailable. Cooperate did what cooperate usually does by extending an apology and calling the store manager. Sorry that the 20% off feels like a slap in the face to me. I was told by cooperate that I had to speak to the store manager to get the discount. When I called the store manager informed me that he knew who I was and defended everything his employees did. He said they were busy and I should have made an appointment. His associate however, told us appointments were not necessary when I asked, and of course rolled her eyes. These were the MOST MISERABLE AND INSULTING two hours of my life. Too bad there is no where else to go. I will never do business with them again. If you need help from these people you should speak with Devin. She is the original person I worked with when we picked out my fiance's tux four months ago and she is a monumental employee. She gave exceptional customer service and she is profoundly good at what she does. It is clear that she may be the only one who cares about the quality of service here. I hope that she has an opportunity to work somewhere that is on par with her skill level.
