Barry and the staff at Memphis Pool Supply are always nice and helpful. This summer they were all so busy, but every time I went in they remembered me. We just closed the giant hole in the ground last week, and Memphis Pool Supply was on site to do the closing. They arrived 2 minutes early for the appointment. You are not going to get the cable company to be there early. Ever. 😂 Thanks everyone for a great season.

I have been a customer of Memphis Pools for about 2 years now and I am pleased to report they are top of the line. My pool associate is Brian Roberson and he is an absolute professional. I have never had any problems with him showing up when he says he will and he always communicate and and fix any problems with my pool. After having a poor experience with a previous pool company, it is most refreshing to know I now have a reliable, dependable, and competent professional on the job. Thank you Memphis Pool for employing people like Brian Roberson!!!

We love Memphis Pool Germantown! We recently purchased a hot tub and the staff at the Germantown store went above and beyond to help us. From the assistance with selecting our hot tub to the delivery team we received excellent customer service (knowledgeable, friendly, professional)! We were not able to set up our tub on the day of delivery (our fault) so a few days later when we did set up the tub the Manager Josh made another trip to our home to make sure everything was set up and working correctly. So nice! Overall, we are very happy with Memphis Pool Germantown and HIGHLY recommend them for anyone interested in a pool or hot tubthey have a great selection of pool supplies and accessories too!
