  Horrible. Applied for a loan with my wife because i had a good experience 2 years ago and the place went to s#it. Its been a week since we applied and call everyday to check up on the status and the loan lady by the initials JM never answers her phone and when we leave a voicemail she never calls back. We ask for help from other loan officers and no one can tell us the status. Shop for your loans else where! Especially if you need it in less than a week.

  I love members alliance but this morning I was practically hung up on by Irma? I was trying to find out if my auto loan was automatically withdrawn because I just set it up and I want to avoid a late payment. She was not completely rude but definitely could be more informative. Not everyone wants to set up online banking. I call in to check my account balance sometimes should I feel bad for that?
