MegaPrint talked through the specifics of our job and gave us super advice about the best substrate and mounting. Then they managed to beat our expectations on timing and quality to get us four very large prints in a matter of days. It was a great experience working with them.

Great customer service, easy ordering and FAST turnaround. I ordered a sign online at 11 am on a Monday and I was holding it the following morning in my office. Incredible turnaround! And the prices beat the local "Office superstore" by 30%.

As a new customer, I found the courteous, friendly staff very helpful. The website order specification process gave me all the information I needed and we had our beautiful Coppertoppe Inn & Retreat Center banner a day earlier than expected. It made quite an impression at the Sandwich Fair and now we will have it handy for other events. Thank you for prompt and efficient service at a reasonable price.

I would definitely recommend MegaPrint. We needed large graphics with velcro on short notice and their response time was immediate. The graphics were delivered very quickly and they looked absolutely amazing. We will definitely be using them for future trade shows.

We had a great response to our Hole Sponsor signs. We have already had numerous additional requests for hole sponsorships for next year's tournament. All of the people that we dealt with at Megaprint were outstanding. Can't wait until next year. Thank you.

I Need a Large Booth on VERY short notice, MegaPrint did an amazing job getting everything through approval and getting my order to me in a just a handful of days. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks MegaPrint!

I am blown away by the customer service and the care taken in getting my enlargement project perfect. I used to use another print bureau, but none of their stock sizes worked for my project. I decided to give MegaPrint a try and am glad I did. They noticed that I'd rounded up one of the dimensions in my order to the nearest inch and offered to print at precisely .88 of an inch for me to ensure the aspect ratio of the print was maintained. Then, they sent me a mock-up of what my print would look like with the edge trim I was considering as an option. The result looks fantastic! Will certainly be going with them for all future projects.

I had a fantastic experience ordering a banner stand from MegaPrint. I attend trade show-type events frequently, and usually purchase printed marketing products from companies recommended to me by friends, but I had a poor experience recently and found MegaPrint online.
I was impressed by how courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful their customer service line was, fully answering my questions about durability and dimensions, by their product videos, and by their highly competitive prices. After my prior experience, I was anticipating a processing time of several weeks, but I placed my order on a Tuesday, received notice that the product had shipped two days later, and had the banner in my hands that Monday, and was able to use it for the first time at an event this weekend.
The banner looked exactly how I wanted it to, fully and clearly replicating the graphic I had submitted, was light weight and easily portable, and stood upright at a day-long event without any problems. The customer service representative I had spoken to before ordering had cautioned me that the economy model should be rolled up carefully to prevent tearing, and the product came with written instructions to that effect - sound advice that I will continue to follow, but I will add that while on display, someone accidentally knocked my banner over, causing it to rapidly snap back into the stand on its own; happily, even that caused absolutely no damage.
I almost never write reviews unless my experience was very good or very bad, and this was definitely the former. Very pleased with MegaPrint.response / report this review -

I am thrilled to have found MegaPrint! I had an amazing trip to Paris and took a picture of the Eiffel Tower that I love. I re-did my living room and had a vision of enlarging it to the entire wall. Originally thought about a large canvas - but that would have been close to $800! I found MegaPrint and ordered the picture on wallpaper! OMG! LOVE IT! And so does everyone who sees it! THANK YOU Jay and team - what a great company. A company that cares and goes above and beyond! Incredible service AND product! Can't wait to use you again! See "before" and "after" !

MegaPrint was a lifesaver! I needed these cloth banners for a trade show and left it to the last second--getting the banners rush ordered was no problem at all. They were made precisely to my measurements and looked amazing! We received so many compliments on our new display. Thanks so much!
