  I never review places. Never. The service here was horrendous. The nurse looks bored to hell to do anything. They dismissed anything I said for my physical, told me to stretch when my back hurts. Finally, I was assured over and over my insurance would cover everything completely. I received a lab charge for 300 dollars on the mail and now it's on the way to collections. DO NOT go here. This was the Ashburn location.

  I have never had any issues with any of the doctors or with the staff. The office does have older equipment and has not been updated in a while. But, I always expect to come and wait even if I arrive early.

  I have been to Medics on two occasions during their regular hours. CLOSED. The most recent was a Saturday around 10:00 am. There was not even a sign stating the case. After I walked up to the door and discovered the door locked I went back to my car. A man and woman walked across the parking lot URGENTly and the man almost took the entire door off the hinges, and surrounding glass windows along with it.
  
  Purcellville CLOSED their doors PERMANENTLY and never notified anyone. There one day, gone the next. Literally. Thank you, Medics!
  
  EVERY SINGLE TIME I have called, I get false information. For instance, to see when my doctor or nurse practitioner is scheduled to work and at what location. I have gone to Medics, all different locations....COUNTLESS times under the assumption that my doctor/NP is in that day at the location they were "scheduled" to be. To find out otherwise.
  
  Also, my visits always began with "you have an outstanding balance". Never once was that statement the case. I learned to keep my receipts for Medics in my purse because it was a given that I would have to provide them with proof of payment, they would make a copy of MY receipt that I provided and act as if it were my fault.
  
  Complete disregard for organization.
  Complete liars.
  Complete lack of professionalism.
  COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

  Dr. Rasheed is great. He is my primary doctor since 2006. Never had any issue.

  I went in to get cleared for surgery and had a great experience. a few days later I get a call I have to go in for a test they forgot to administer. I went in again and got it done. My Surgeon called to let me know that they gave me the WRONG test so now i have to go in AGAIN. I had to pay for the wrong test that they gave me and they do not want to give me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE. AWFUL experience. It wouldn't of been so bad if they had at least been understanding but they tried to blame me and didn't even apologize...

  I have that doctor for a while and never for very happy with the service. The last drop was, when I walked in with some soar throat, I left out without any help or medication. Moreover, I have been charged for an emergency care, with I think is a totall scam, since they don't have ER!

  Very happy with the Dr. & NP! They are very nice, on the other hand the MA is not very polite or at least doesn't know how to greet a PT, she doesn't make eye contact with you when talking to you, and barely even talks to you at all, pretty rude. Other than that everyone else is nice and they provide good services with affordable prices for self-pay pts.

  I am not sure why people had such terrible experiences. My experience was to the contrary very good.
  
  Dr. Roksana and her staff were very prompt and helpful and caring. And they were able to gain my confidence.
  
  My appointments were on time and Dr. Roksana's evaluation was very helpful.
  
  I havent tried their emergency services. But for regular visits, i would certainly recommend them.

  My husband went in for antibiotics. He was seen by a nurse for 5 minutes and given a script. We were changed $250.00 for this, plus $50.00 for "after 5pm" although it was 1pm. This can't be legal. We have excellent insurance and they refused to pay for it (?)... It will be a very cold day in hell before I pay that bill. Assholes.

  After reading the other reviews, I felt I needed to post. This is not your typical family doctor. Therefore, I wouldn't expect it to be. I have been here around 10 times. I have seen two doctors here. Each time, they are kind, have a sense of humor, take the time to sit and talk to me. The only downside of going here is the wait. Its first come first serve, so often there are long wait times. Otherwise, everyone I have dealt with has been kind and professional. So, for more simple things, this is a great doc to go to.
