RudeTalked about patients. Made patients reschedule when arriving 10 mins late when you would wait sometimes 45 mins to see someone,pa never returns phone calls, act sincere when you are with her but once we where leaving we overheard her talking about me. Do not care about patients well being. If you are looking for someone to listen to you or help you figure out what's going on with something bothering you,look elsewhere.

I brought my stepdad in for a 3 pm appointment. We arrived 5-10 minutes early. He sat there for 30 minutes before being called back. At 3:46 pm I watched an elderly gentleman come an explain he had been caught in school traffic. They demanded he reschedule his appointment (first available was February). At 3:45 an office staff member came out looking for my stepdad to take him back. At 4:30, he finally came out as he was finished. To say the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing is an understatement.
