This pharmacy is AMAZING!!! I found it because I was looking for a medication for my daughter and the other pharmacies I called were out of it. Amazing small business. I am trying to send everyone I know there!!!

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE. I ordered a new wheelchair for my 94 year old father. After a long wait it arrived at their office in Anaheim but had no battery. I asked "the manager" Adrian when will we get a battery and he said he had no idea. I asked him if he could track the battery and he said no (what a joke, in this day and age, anyone can track anything). Adrian and the staff at MEDICAL REXALL ARTS INC are very rude people and I never want to have any dealings with them again. Unfortunately, the battery went bad after 4 months. I was forced to call MEDICAL REXALL ARTS INC and in usual form the person that answered the phone, without knowing any of the facts, told me that I would have to pay for a new battery. I told her it was only 5 months old and defective and they should replace it at no charge. She said she would have Adrian call me but after 2 days he has yet to call me. EVERYTIME I CALL I AM STUCK ON HOLD. BUYER BEWARE. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH.

After spending 2 long miserable hours looking for my pain medicine the people took the time and had some compassion and emathay to supply me with what I need. I haven't been there yet, but getting this far is 90% the battle! I don't care about price right now, because the pain outweighs any discounts I could get on it now. They won my business! Thank you soooooooooooooo much!
As it turned out they are a little more higher on prices, but are a lot quicker on service than other more popular places. Very nice people. It's an old fashion pharmacy with stuff in it that a pharmacy should and/or used to carry. Lots and lots of various braces for your back, knees, elbows, wrists etc Good if you are in need of canes that do different things. Lots of neat things to look at and prepare for this "getting old thing" that we can't avoid. Friendly service too. Thanks a million!!response / report this review
