I called Media Services at 2:45 on a Friday afternoon with an urgent request: I needed to move over 50 bankers boxes to an off-site storage facility by 5:00. Although we were not a Media Services customer at the time, their team handled my admittedly unreasonable request professionally and politely. They accomplished the impossible. I wish all of my vendors were this responsive!
