  The customer service I received from Clyde Parks at Mechanicsville Honda was wonderful. Clyde listened to my situation and showed me options according to my needs. I really appreciate that Clyde was not pushy or aggressive. When it came to working the numbers he partnered with Shawn Hicks a manager and they were able to get the numbers where I needed to be comfortable. They both were very pleasant, professional and patient with me and that speak volumes. Very glad with my decision to go with Mechanicsville Honda.

  I purchase two vehicles here in the past 5 years and have always had a good experience. They work hard to give good customer service. And both times I bought there I got a very good competitive price. Ming Chen was a great salesperson and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend at least shopping Mechanicsville Honda before I purchased a new or used Honda.

  My wife and I just bought a new CR-V here and had a really great experience. Our salesman was Bob and he was super laid back and easy going. We went into this experience knowing what we wanted and they were not too pushy and gave us time to talk and think about it. We ended getting a really great deal and they worked with us to ensure they gave us the best deal for us. I would definitely recommend coming here.

  This car purchase was the best we've ever had. Everyone was friendly, prices were awesome, and our salesman, William Woody was great! He was "no pressure", pleasant, patient, and understanding with us throughout the whole experience. I would recommend him and this dealership to any of my family and friends.

  My first time experience buying a new car from a new car lot was more than I could ever expect and stress free. My sales rep Bob Lane is more than anyone can look for in a sales rep. He went above and beyond to work with me to get me in the car that I bought. He went that extra mile and was very upfront and honest with me. I would recommend Bob to anyone looking to buy a new car. Also down to the manager Shawn was a pleasure to work with. He did his thing to keep me in the price range I was looking for. Mechanicsville Honda has a wonderful staff that goes beyond to make their client pleased.

  I had a great experience working with the staff at Mechanicsville Honda on a recent purchase. Bob Lane was great salesperson, he was not pushy, but warm, funny and informative about inventory and knowledgeable about car varieties. I would highly recommend working with Mechanicsville Honda vs the bigger groups because they are more willing to do right by you and with personalized feel. Check them out 1st!

  I just purchased a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring from Mechanicsville Honda. After doing much research and visiting several dealerships, Mechanicsville Honda beat the prices of several other dealerships in the Fredericksburg and Richmond area. Jeff Warren was fantastic. He was not pushy at all and valued my time. Shawn Hicks was straight forward and also valued my time. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new Honda.

It was such a nice and easy process -- a lot of back and forth talking and listening to arrive at where we wanted to be and to have the right car for us. It was a very positive experience.   I visited Mechanicsville Honda on September 21, 2017 and met Mr Clyde Parks a car sales consultant. He was very courteous and professional. He was exceptionally knowledgeable of the vehicle of my interest which was a 2017 Honda Pilot Touring with various accessories. He was able to get me the vehicle at a reasonable price as well as the extended warranty and have the accessories installed in a timely manner. He came in on his day off and went over the required areas on the check off list. And, took additional time to answered all questions asked by my wife and I. At no time did we feel rushed or hurried. Mr Park is an outstanding sales consultant and with exceptional skills. Please commend Mr Parks for a job well done.

  When I went to Mechanicsville Honda to get my 2012 serviced, I piddled around and looked at the new 2017 and I was very pleased with the changes they made inside and out. The features were amazing and a little extra space made it easy to decide to see what I could get. So I went back after I got my 12 serviced and drove away in a new one. My salesman was Jeff Warren who was pretty new to the dealership and he was great to work with and made sure I got what I wanted and the car meet my needs.
  
  Thanks Jeff and the whole gang. Also the service department at Mechanicsville Honda is #1 in my book. You'll be happy. You can tell they are good to work with as this is my 4th CR-V from there.

  A great car buying experience... quick, easy, and hassle-free. We drove 3+ hours from North Carolina since they had the best price of any dealership in VA or NC. I very highly recommend Jeff Warren and would gladly work with him again.

  If you need a car, ask for Lauren Conway. She was so helpful and made buying a car pain free. Trevor was able to get a nice rate for me too. Overall, I had a great experience at Mechanicsville Honda.

  Updated: Great price and service. I recommend Brian Alling, he was professional, considerate and patient. He gave us a better deal than other Honda dealerships we visited. The showroom was clean and staff attentive. We leased a 2017 Honda Accord in February and were so satisfied that we came back in July to buy a 2012 Honda Accord. The finance team was great as well, they really looked out for us. Highly recommend them!

  The best car buying experience ever!! Thanks to the staff of Mechanicsville Honda and especially Bob. Honda is very lucky to have him on their team. We searched everywhere for a car and it seemed like every dealer we went to was out to get us for every penny we had. Not Mechanicsville Honda. They showed us every detail about the purchase we made and helped us every step of the way. They also beat the banks financing rate tremendously! If anyone needs a new car and wants a extremely pleasant and stress free purchase, I highly recommend speaking with Bob. 10/10 rating bob!! Keep up the good work buddy.

  I had a amazing experience with Bob Lane and Trevor! The process was fast and the staff was exteamly nice and very helpful! We were in there probably 4 days out of 7 and Bob did everything in his power to get a car I wanted, delivered, and it was beautiful! I would buy another car In a heart beat the same way as I did! Bob was very laid back and not pushy at all. Also if you get bob bring him a pizza :D will highly recommend here to anyone looking for a new car at a great rate!

  We have been dealing with Mechanicsville Honda for many years and many cars, our go to person has been Ming Chin, he has never failed to deliver on our requests, we just bought a new CR-V in and out within a 2 1/2 hour period. The folks top to bottom are top notch and understand they are supporting the community so customer service is number one to keep folks like us coming back!! Great Job, Ming as always, if you need a new vehicle go see Ming and the folks at Mechanicsville Honda they will treat you right!!

  My experience was excellent thanks to Bob Lane. Bob made my process go very smooth and efficient. I could tell that he was a very genuine kind hearted person that just wants to look out for his customers and make sure they get the best car that fits there price range with the information he is provided. With this being the first car that I have every purchased I am very appreciative that i had someone like Bob helping me out that day. It was almost like my own father was there with me going through all the ins and outs of the process of buying a car and insurance.

  Its for most part a smooth experience. However last service I was charged over $240 for a B12 service. Others do it for less than $70. Much steeper, might look for alternate options.
  
  Update - I received a voicemail from Mechanicsville Honda explaining B12 service in detail. Did my analysis and found that B12 service include additional work. So increasing the rating to 4. I will an key for the next service and come back again.

  Mechanicsville Honda, is by far the best experience that my wife and I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. Bob Lane took so much time and care in helping us select our new vehicle. Our experience with Bob was inspirational. We really felt that he cared, and he worked hard to make are experience great. Bob Lane will definitely be the salesman that we will want to work with in the future!! I also want to thank the finance department ( Travis) for making the financing so smooth!!
