  Jim and his partner went above and beyond to get our HVAC back up and running. They worked super fast and were very respectful of our house during the process of coming in and out. Jim seemed to have a genuine care for our comfort and HVAC needs. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

  James just came out and did an excellent job to my ac unit I would recommend his services anytime he is very knowledgeable and great person who knows how to trouble shoot this machine.

  Just moved into a new construction home on Oct. 2022, I had family in from Texas for Christmas, temperatures dropped to 37, went to turn-non heat on our brand new A.C. Unit installed by Mechanical One, heat did not turn on, i called Mechanical One 3 times, had to provide the same information each time. I left my home went with family y to the other home in New Smyrna beach as they had heat, I received a call back at 4:37pm., was told tech would be at our home between 6pm-8pm. We left family at New Smyrna Beach, rushed home to be there on time for the tech, no one ever showed up, no one ever called back. This company is unreliable. They should have never committed to come out if they couldn’t. I would never recommend this company to anyone for service.

  We recently reached out to Mechanical One to help us with our A/C issue that left us with no air. From the moment we first called Mechanical One, everyone at the company was very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. They were able to send out a technician quickly. The tech that arrived to our house was very knowledgeable and helped solve our issue promptly. We can't thank Mechanical One enough for the quick and reliable service, and we will definitely be using them in the future for any HVAC and plumbing needs.
