  🧘‍♂️Mobility Monday’s🧘‍♂️ .. .. .. #Repost @thereal_meangreen with @get_repost... ・・・ No lie❗️This pose was tough to me. S/o to @sarahelizabethconnelly for helping me. Great stretch for your shoulders. The key to this pose is to be passive. Keep you elbows elevated. FYI, my right shoulder has been killing me. I’ve been resting it, but I’m looking forward in adding this into my nightly route. I can feel how tight I was when I was getting into this pose. Which means, my body is trying to tell me something. GET LOOSE!!!! Also, I sat on my ankles to create more mobility in my ankles. Again, be passive. Breathe. Don’t worry about being perfect, just get better. Complete 1 min on each side. Let’s work on this together. Let’s get to a point where we can hold this for 3 minutes on each side. Sigh!!! •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Tag me in a picture when you do this movement.
