Good car mechanics and customer service all around. I've never used their towing service, so can't speak to that service.

I will never use this company again. Two times they've towed my vehicle and two times my vehicle came back with obvious physical body damage. Terrible company.

Great service, very friendly, didnt have any problems they accepted a written car insurance, that state farm gladly faxed to them. Wait 20mins and i was on my way to work happy.

I only used them for towing, but they were very friendly and helped me with some other issues with my insurance provider. Over and above.

TERRIBLE. I got my keys locked in my car and they said they would be there in about 30 minute well a hour later I call and they say it's going to be another 20 minutes and wouldn't give me a refund. I understand if they have emergency things to do before they come to me but at least let me know what's going on or give me a refund.

Great and helpful staff. Helped in time of need after I flipped car. They gathered my belongings and placed back in car. Fast, prompt service. Not your average grimy tow company, these people care!

I would NEVER recommend this place. My son was in an accident over the weekend. We went by this morning to get his things out of his vehicle. We were told we needed to give a claim number and phone number for the financially responsible party before they would allow access to the vehicle. After obtaining all the requested info, my son was still not allowed to get anything out of his vehicle. Although McKinneys had proof of insurance, a claim number, and the adjusters info, that was not enough. Because the other person's insurance had the claim "pending" because it was so new, they weren't satisfied that they were going to get their money and would not release my son's property unless we paid the $259 owed. $259 to go less than 5 miles. I understand the need to make sure you are getting paid, I respect that, but this is ridiculous.

I will never use this company again for towing or repair. Towing is expensive and have hidden fees they don't inform u of. If u choose not to or can't afford to have it fixed they charge you a $36 fee,

Car battery died after arriving home With no way to get a jump I contacted AAA who (lucky for me) contacted McKinney's to help me out. Randy showed up quickly and was extremely friendly and personable and had my vehicle going in 3 seconds flat! I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. It's great to know there's a nice, reliable, local company I can rely on. I will definitely trust McKinney's for anything I may run into in the future!

I needed a tow 155 miles home on Easter day. They arrived quickly and had room for me & my two daughters to ride along so my husband didn't have to come pick us up. Thanks so much Kenny!

Friendly but useless office support. I have called 10 times to try and get a copy of a tow invoice. I have been promised it was faxed, then emailed, then they couldn't locate it. It is amazing that no fax was received, no email was received and I even sent an email to them so they could attach it and return it to no avail. When leaving messages for the office support, no return call is EVER received. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone for the simple fact.your actions speak louder than words!
