Love to shop and check out bikes? This is your stop. Staff is great
Grandson got a new dirt bike (he's 7) and they treated him like a grown-up. Let him ring the bell and called his name over the loud speaker. He was so proud.
Service is a joke do not bring your bike here!! Technicians are unqualified with little experience!!Took my running bike in to get serviced paid $900 for carb clean and a cam to be put in got the bike back 2 weeks later to find out they snapped a bolt off in the motor and the throttle is sticking the bike will not run
They will not do anything for me. Tried telling me it was like that when it came in which is BS.Wont even give me a detailed description of what they did. Now I'm forced to pay $1000 so another shop can fix it correctly STAY AWAY FROM MPS!!!!
First off the only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of how helpful they were, At first. I got the bike I wanted for the right price, or what it seemed. The bike I traded in was agreed upon $1000 for a down payment. But on the official paperwork was reduced to $300. The bike I got was 4000 out of door. I had problems with the bike and they offered to help. When the problem wasn't fixed however they did not reply to me and it has been around 2 months prior to get ahold of them. Also they charged me an extra $1000 for tires and rims that I did not ask for nor was told about. I would not recommend or back anytime soon.
I hadn't had a motorcycle for 8 years and decided to look to get back into riding. I decided to stop into McGrath Powersports to look to see what they had. They had a wide variety of bikes to look at and to review. I stopped in a number of times to look and sit on bikes that I was interested in. Each time I spoke with Tyler Walter (sales Rep). He was very patient, happy to answer all of my questions and non pushy. I appreciate their facility and how friendly and helpful all of the staff were. I did ended up purchasing a Kawasaki. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. Highly recommend them for their selection, sales and servicing Department. Nice to finally deal with a bike dealership that is interested in you, rather than just selling something to you. Thanks Again McGrath Powersports
Labor rates are ridiculous. motor cycle rates are as high as Diesel mechanic rates $46 in parts and 4 hours of labor came out to $518
Everyone is cool that works there especially the ones that like to ride. They give you good deals especially if you're loyal. They take care of you when you need taken care of probably one of the best auto shops period.
Yes I like to buy motorcycles and I like to ride them but it's not every day that you hear someone say I don't think that bikes for you because I know you you should try this one. And I'll know that it's making less commission for them but they have a passion and I do too so that's is where I will go when I get my next bike. The place across the street however is a hit-or-miss I've purchased five vehicles from them and Dodge has not been very nice to me
I recently bought my third new motorcycle from McGrath Powersports and have had service done a few times over the last few years. I'm happy to say that each time I have worked with McGrath's, they have done what they could to make me happy. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They all like talking about motorcycles even if you are not ready to buy that day. I definitely recommend them. Even if you're not quite ready to buy.
I bought a new Goldwing there, it is a 13 model that I bought in 14. I thought that I got the extended warranty in the purchase, but to get the financing to go through, apparently the extended warranty was sacrificed. My wife and I love the bike, but within the first 400 miles, it started occasionally not locking into fifth gear. It grinds a half second and goes back to fourth gear. It has done this about 40 times in 21000 miles. They have had the motorcycle in their shop maybe ten times with the complaint, but cannot replicate the problem. I have contacted Honda and hopefully will get the problem fixed under warranty if they get it to act up, though the warranty has expired, without the extended warranty. They have been good to deal with so far, but I am understandably upset for having bought a new Goldwing and still have this problem.
When it comes down to it. They keep their word. Keep you happy and honestly all my toys will come from here. If something goes wrong they will fix it.
EVERYONE was very professional but personable, Great team that make my purchase of a New Indian Roadmaster motorcycle a Real pressure. Awesome customers service.
Took my bike in for a throttle issue, turned out to be something rather minor & the guys took care of it quickly & refused to charge me for it. Great service & friendly folks you can only find in Iowa!
