  Pretty fast food at pretty cheap prices. Standard chicken, burgers, and such. Bathrooms are definitely not clean AT ALL, but serves it's purpose.

  Breakfast was good this morning. Perfect. Orange juice tasted great. Had to get some vitamin D. Some people give this place a bad rating but every time I come to Berea and stop for a bite to eat. Its always great food and if you go during a busy time, of course there's going to be a problem with someone's order. So the best thing to do is to go an hour before or an hour after everyone is going to work or getting off. Perfection 🌈🍔🍳

  My experience with McDonalds as a whole hasn't always been plesent. But today I went in to get a breakfast sandwich, and a large latte. I mean they don't sell the lattes by the pound or I'd get my body weight in them.
  
  The lady who took my order was super nice and polite, even considering they were busy. However, she misheard my order and charged me for a small. I didn't even notice until he went to give me a small. I explained to the gentalman that I would take the small and still pay for a large, I just need coffee bad! This is what made the difference in the experice I had with this McDonalds in comparison to others.
  
  Their manager seen me go back into the line to order and pay for a large latte.. she instructed the gentalman who was making the specialty drinks to make me a large on the house. She told me that it was their mistake and they would fix it. I told her they had only charged me for a small and I would cover the extra. And she wouldn't have it.
  
  Customer service skills are a great quality to have as a manager, especially when you are dealing with the public. The manager here certainly exemplifies those skills. My hat is off to McDonalds in Berea, Ky (Glades Rd)

  I went to this McDonalds to buy food for my family, which is a fairly big size family. I went though the drive through, the gentleman I spoke with was nice and friendly. The manager swiped my card 3 times and said each time it was declined, however, I checked my bank and each time she swiped my card it went through. I went into the restaurant to try and figure out a solution, which was met with a lot of unapologetic nonsense. The manager insisted it didn't go through and there wasn't anything she could do. I tried showing her my bank account and that it had been successfully swiped 3 times and was totaled to almost 100$ out of my account because of her. She insisted it didn't go through and that I would have to wait to talk to someone who isn't available on Sundays. I live five hours away and have 4 kids and a job, I can't stay another day for her error....needless to say I didn't get my food, and gained a huge headache. Thankfully I won't ever be back!
  
  P.S. Perhaps this McDonalds should hire a manager that understands a cash register better and isn't so stale.

  Food is of about average quality for a McDonald's. If ordering after 10 pm, staff tend to talk a lot and not get much of anything done so expect a 10 to 15 wait. This has been my experience the last 4 consecutive times I have visited after 10 pm. You know its bad when you pull up and you haven't moved at all for over 10 minutes. I will update this review if the situation improves. Hope this review helps improve the business.

  Everytime we go I have to pull up. I ordered 2 frappes this morning and had to pull up and wait. Ridiculous. I could understood if it was food and they had to cook it.
