  Walmart food was fine. They are pushing to use kiosk and not customer service. I watched the customer come back up there and identify his fries were missing. Their response everybody ignored him except for one big guy who told him you got your fries sir and turned his back to him. That is not customer service. The customer identified sir do you really think I want to steal fries they refused to even communicate with him after that

  New Order in process was confusing for the first time but employees were very helpful. It was crazy there because it was a Friday night and there was a lot of children there but the employees did a good job of keeping the place clean after people left. Food was cooked right we didn't have any issues with food being made wrong I always order stuff without certain things and had no issues. This is one McDonald's that has always been good about making sure my order is correct. My kids absolutely love the play place and very much enjoyed the upgrade.

  This is the first Mcdonalds that I have been to where you order off of a touch screen. It was great to be greeted as I walked in by a lobby host but do miss the interaction with a cashier. Otherwise my visit was very fast and the restaurant was pristine and clean.

  Extremely friendly employees! They are always on their game! The remodel is absolutely beautiful! Very family friendly!!

  This was my father's first stop every morning for many years to meet up with local elderly farmers (the boys)occasionally I meet with them to just to keep up the tradition. Staff is always friendly and timely,love it here💜

  Love the friendly staff who go the extra step to make life easier for their customers once they learn of a limitation. Even when they are busy they will take the time to make it easier for me to carry my order. That stuff matters!

  This is from when I pulled in to left. All I ordered was 2 McGriddles, 2 sausage burrito 🌯, & a large HighC. There was was four cars when I pulled to the speaker 🔊 and prolly took 5 minutes to get to get to the pick up ☝️ window. Where I I sat for maybe 5 minutes til the manager came over handed me my drink (didn't notice until I was on the way home I had no straw.) and walked away. There I sat for about 10 more minutes when a young girl noticed me and asked what I was waiting on. Aftrr telling her my food 🍲 (I realized I wasn't wanting onbthe food to be cooked.), she turned around said something and saw the food 🍲. Between the manager giving me my drink and the girl 👧 talking to me my food was setting there. Although they re made my food and gave me extra stuff, the manager asked me what could make me happy. (I am a a manager of restaurant to, worked in food 8 years) I have never forgot about a customer. I do judge other places very hardly, but this has to be the worst experience at any restaurant 🍴 I been too. To make things worse keep kept trying to me me happy 😊. Everything he told me about the system doing its daily closing and it being the reason was unacceptable. If it was that important than he should have someone in that position so he can do that.

  Be aware they do get ALOT of bus traffic at all of the resturants in this area.

  I love this one guy who is an amazing manager! His customer service is excellent he always thinks of extra tidbits of things to give you without you asking (straws, ketchup, napkins) usually people either don't care or oftentimes forget that not this guy! He's well maintained and manicured and I love his nails!! Always gives up front and honest advice! Keep it 100 ya'll !!

  They still have a play place and a red box. decent service. there pretty good at getting food to you fairly quick. there is plenty of parking and a spot for truckers.
