  Say what you will but a big Mac and fries at LAX will taste the same as here in the heartland and anywhere else in The known world. It's terrible for you but its reliable and constant.

  I usually try to be sympthetic to fast food workers since I was one myself once. But this was ridiculous. I can forgive the forgotten ranch sauce. I can't forgive the chicken tenders that were as rock hard as Gobstoppers. I actually hurt the roof of my mouth on them. Threw 2 away. The fries were worse. The ones that weren't cold and floppy were those hard bits.you get typically one or two of in the bottom of your carton. I had a dozen. Just terrible. Typical for North Broadway location, unfortunately.

  My food was not only wrong but cold. Every table inside was dirty. Trash over flowing. Dirty jeans on floor in bathroom. Not only getting panhandled in parking lot but inside the lobby too. Oh and cup sitting in lobby right infront of cashier on a ledge for the whole 45 mins i was there.

  Rude customer service, cold fries... Ketchup dispensers & napkins empty and employees were just standing around talking :-( Won't go back, got nasty looks when I asked for fries that weren't cold!!

  Gheto ass McDonald's this location black African American female manager disrespectful gheto as hell they don't even assemble a hamburger right they put two burgers with onions on top I've worked at just about almost all McDonald's in the ict area this manager was rude as hell it take 3 buinness days 2 issue a full refund stay away from these con artists! I'd give it negative 5 stars fire that rude gheto ass McDonald's manager female.....

  That place is straight up ghetto they put onions on top of my hamburger I mean who the hell does that and they cop an attitude with my husband and this black girl gave my husband an attitude and he's the one that paid for it. Then it takes 2-3 days to get your refund back? I'll goo someplace else. All the other fast food places treat my husband with dignity and respect and they help us if we have any questions they have great Customer Service.

  This McDonalds screws orders up more than any other I have visited. There are usually a few homeless folks hanging around the lobby. The outside is always filthy and more often than not there is a mess inside near the ketchup and vending machines. The staff seem inconvenienced to take your order.

  The last three times IN A ROW that I've been to this store I've gotten a sandwich with a bun hard enough to kill with. Won't even walk by again for fear i'll catch something in the air from their meat.

  Food okay, but only really warm half the time. Worse which is why the lower rating, they forget order items often..they need cameras in the back.side where you place your order..being bothered by the panhandlers gets old too.
