Ive had a flat tire on my step deck trailer this morning. I've called McCarthy Tire Service and the lady on the phone said that they have an appointment for 4 tires change at 9:30am and they would not be able to get me in right at the moment but only after an hour wait. However, after I got to the shop ( exactly 9:30am) the sales manager said that somebody will help me in a min. So tire was changed in 10 min and I was on the road. Great service!!!! Thank you guys.

P.S. to the tall gentleman with a beard. Perhaps, I don't know more about tires than you do, however, it doesn't mean that I can't decide what should be done on the trailer. Any way, your are a cool guy.

Today, I went in to McCarthy Tire & Auto in Hagerstown, MD. This was a little of a drive for me coming to Martinsburg but became well worth the drive. Will Wootton the general manager went above and beyond for me. I came in for an oil changed and they noticed two screws in my back tire. He brought me out to show me that they were too close for the tire to be plugged and I needed to replace the tire. Will worked with me to ensure my safety and I was able to get new tires. He even added in a slice a pizza while I waited. This place deserves more than 5 stars in book. Thank you guys for everything! I'll be seeing you all again in the future for sure!

Friendly, fast service every time! Prices are always great. We had to replace a tire for my father in law's truck with a way smaller, cheapest tire he could find type of deal, to my surprise they made it work. I highly recommend this be your first and only stop.

I've purchased tires several times from McCarthy over the past few years for several vehicles. About a year ago we purchased tires for my wife's Nissan Maxima there. The Customer Service Rep recommended a great tire that was suited my wife's driving 'lifestyle' perfectly. It was a great recommendation and we have been very pleased with the ride and performance of the tires. My wife picked up a nail or screw and one of the tires had developed a leak. We were afraid that we would have to buy another tire; however, the professionals at McCarthy said they could definitely 100% repair the tire. The did the repair quickly and professionally and provided us with another excellent customer service experience. I will enthusiastically recommend the folks at McCarthy for your tire and car needs.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Service is ALWAYS great and staff appear to be very knowledgeable when servicing my vehicle. I have taken my vehicle here for tires, oil changes, and as of today a new thermostat. Prize is also great as well.

Fast and friendly! I went in concerned I needed a new tire but they were able to repair it and did it right away. Very friendly people. I used them a year or so ago and remembered how great they were then. Will use again if I have any problems or need new tires!
