I have been trying for weeks to get an MRI scheduled that my neurologist ordered. Because I have a pacemaker they required something from my cardiologist stating that the pacemaker is MRI compatible which they stated that they received but then told me that they needed get it scheduled with someone in their cardiology department. Today I called after waiting more than a week to hear back from them they asked if my insurance would cover it and then said again that they needed something from my cardiologist in which I told them that it had already been done and they stated that they don't show that it was.
I am fed up with trying to get this done at this facility. They have delayed me getting the treatment that I need for my MS. I will go to another facility even though I will have to travel 3 1/2 hours to get there.
