Although the initial quote stage went well the construction has not. Workers have constantly not shown up and construction has needed to be overseen by us as the owner has not been following up on employees. These issues are not due to weather and have caused quite a bit of stress and extra rent while not able to be in the house. Strongly suggest well worded contract with expectations and consequences when these expectations are not met as agreed to. We are extremely understanding people but they have not met expectations.
