We've been going to Mayfair for over 30 years. Their vets are caring and extremely good. We've had five cats in that time, two with serious health conditions towards the end of their lives. They taught us how to inject insulin into the one with diabetes, giving him more than a full extra year of life, and irrigate the one with partial kidney failure, keeping her with us for another year and a half. And when it has been time to let them go, they've been wonderful, giving us a little extra time to cry and say goodbye, and letting us stay as long we needed to compose ourselves. This is what we did on the last visit, and it was so hard, but they were so kind. I can't recommend them enough.

I'm a brand new dog parent, and Dr Winkler has walked me through kennel cough, anxiety, and a low appetite. She's patient, kind, and super knowledgeable. When my dogs cough worsened, she didn't charge me for a follow up visit-just the meds he needed. Both times I called we got same day appointments. Overall great staff, great customer service.

They were afraid of my dog simply because he is a pit bull. The lady seemed scared to get near him and basically just poked him really fast. And they are expensive compared to other veterinarians I have been to.

They care about your pet not their pockets. This is the best vet I have ever been to very caring and professional. My animals are all in top notch health curtousy of Mayfair

Staff is friendly and helpful! They have great hours & are very accommodating. Thank you for caring for my pets!!

My mother started coming to this vet back in the 70s when she was a teenager and had gotten her first dog40+ years later and we still drive down to Chicago from the northern suburbs to see Dr. Mike and his amazing staff. Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. These guys do what they do because they so clearly love animals! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pups!

I've been bringing my dogs here for 17 years. This people are awsome the staff treats my dogs like family they are super nice. They never forget their names and take good care of them, Dr. Mike is the best Dr. Ever.i wouldn't change veterinarian for nothing in the world Mayfair is my second family and my dogs are happy.
