Mayan Abdominal Therapy is a non-invasive external massage technique. It guides internal abdominal organs into proper position for optimum health and well being. Mayan massage improves organ function by releasing physical and emotional congestion from the abdomen. The massage techniques are effective for both men and women.

This is a nice graphic with good information. Note that the US ranks #35. The countries with good health all rely upon preventative health care, good diets, exercise, social support and easy access to medical care when needed. As an “alternative” health care practitioner people usually come to me as a last resort after western medical therapies have not worked. At this point it is often harder to regain health. Why not try a non interventive, less expensive and health promoting therapy first? www.arvigotherapy.com
