ATMAT during pregnancy can help alleviate some of the minor discomforts. Regular sessions can also help labor be quicker and less painful.

This is a nice graphic with good information. Note that the US ranks #35. The countries with good health all rely upon preventative health care, good diets, exercise, social support and easy access to medical care when needed. As an “alternative” health care practitioner people usually come to me as a last resort after western medical therapies have not worked. At this point it is often harder to regain health. Why not try a non interventive, less expensive and health promoting therapy first? www.arvigotherapy.com

I'm back! I had a most wonderful trip to the origin of the Arvigo therapy in the jungles of Belize, including a visit with Rosita and helping teach an inspiring Advanced Clinical course. I'm taking appointments Feb 26-28, so please call if you want to get in this week and catch me when I'm fresh and full from my visit to the Maya world! Monday is already full! March 1-3 I'm teaching a Self Care class in Flagstaff and will be taking appointments again starting March 5. ... Hope you are well! 🙏
